This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2025Q0005 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01 as of November 12, 2024. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 561990 and the size standard is $16.5 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. (vi) This requirement is for Rescue Services for Shasta Dam Penstock 5 Repair represented in the Performance Work Statement. (vii) Period of Performance: December 9, 2024 to January 31, 2025).
