This is a Sources Sought notice to obtain market research information and determine appropriate strategies to meet the Agency's requirements. This Sources Sought notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, it does not constitute as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking an interested vendor who can provide repair services to the Mount Oso Radio Tower for the Central Valley Operations Office. Tasks to be completed include replacing DB224 antenna, install a new LDF4-50 coaxial transmission line from antenna to radio in the shelter approximately 120 feet, install a ground kit and polyphaser, secure ½ (half) inch coaxial transmission line in cushion hangers provided, and removal of four 21-foot antennas, unused transmission lines and hangers. The services must be performed at the Mount Oso Radio Tower in Patterson, CA. The applicable NAICS Code is 238210 with size standard $19M. Firms interested in being considered for these services should submit a capability statement and provide evidence in sufficient detail that demonstrates the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. Respondents should include previous experience of the same or similar scope, capability level (as a prime or subcontractor), personnel qualifications, and the firm's business size status and classification in their response (small business or other than small business, 8(a), HUBZONE, women owned, small-disadvantaged business, veteran owned, etc.) Responses due date: Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 11:30am Pacific Time.
