Title: Northern California Area Office (NCAO) Klamath Synthesis Flow Augmentation Releases - Professional Services This is a Sources-Sought announcement for acquisition planning purposes. No formal solicitation for this work exists at this time. This notice is being issued to help determine the availability of qualified small businesses technically capable of meeting the Government requirement and to determine the method of acquisition, including whether a small business socio-economic set-aside is possible. All eligible and qualified contractors may submit capability statements for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the quantity and availability of small business contractors who have the experience, technical level of expertise, administration and management capability to perform the effort described below. The capability statements received will be used to determine BOR's overall procurement strategy. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, supplies and tools necessary to perform the NCAO Klamath Synthesis Flow Augmentation Releases Professional Service objectives. See the attached draft performance work statement for project objectives and tasks. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $19.0 Million. Interested contractors may submit capability statements that include the following information: (1) Firm's name, address, telephone number, business size and type (8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Woman Owned, etc.).
