(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2024Q00073 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 336611 and the size standard is 1300 employees. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please complete the price schedule for each line item. (vi) The contractor shall perform engine, transmission and generator maintenance required to sustain the equipment within manufacturer's performance specifications on the Endeavor Vessel. Maintenance shall include service to any systems integral to the operation of the engines, transmissions and generator including, drive shaft, propellers, electrical system, hydraulic system, fuel system, water intake system, air intake system, and hull structure at the location where the items are installed. (vii) The period of performance will be for 5 years, base year and two option years, 7/01/2024 - 6/30/2029. The quote package will consist of the price schedule, capability statement, and past performance. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, does apply to this acquisition. Award will be based on technical, price, and past performance.
