This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2024Q0051 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03, as of February 23, 2024. (iv) This acquisition is Open Market, Total Small business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $12.5 Million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. (vi) The objective of this requirement is to set up a service contract with manufacturer to properly maintain, repair/troubleshoot issues, parts of the equipment located at the Folsom power plant and New Melones Power Plant. (vii) The period of performance will be for 5 years: March 22, 2024 - March 21, 2029. In preparation for an upcoming procurement, Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Region 10 California Great Basin Region Supply & Service Acquisitions Office, Sacramento, CA, is conducting market research to determine potential sources that can rewire three circuit breaker panels to match our existing panels. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 335312 – Motor and Generator Manufacturing. The Small Business size standard for this code is $12.5 Million. This notice is not a request for proposal/quote and the information presented in this announcement will not obligate the Bureau of Reclamation in any manner. BOR intends to solicit this requirement using Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Businesses designated as Small Business with the capability to fulfill the requirements briefly described herein are encouraged to submit responses. Work to be performed: Central California Area Office (CCAO) in Folsom, CA would like to set up a service contract with manufacturer to properly maintain, repair/troubleshoot issues, parts of the equipment located at the Folsom power plant and New Melones Power Plant. Contractor is to provide annual maintenance of these equipment’s. Also, contractor is to provide repair/troubleshoot service, parts etc on as needed bases. • Contractor is to provide report to CCAO after each visit to CCAO facility. The visits can relate to the regular maintenance, repair/troubleshooting, parts replacement etc. Report can include test results, discovered issues/problems with the equipment and/or recommended repairs or replacements.
