Amendment 2: Revised PWS Dated 12/14/2023 Rewire Three Circuit Breaker Panels for Bureau of Reclamation (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2024Q00019 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $12.5 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please complete the price schedule for each line item. (vi) The contractor will rewire three (3) circuit breaker panels in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that is included in the solicitation package. (vii) The rewiring of the panels must be completed within six (6) months of receipt of award. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the price schedule. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, does apply to this acquisition. Award will be based on price and past performance. (x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications¿Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions¿Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There are not any addenda to this clause. (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders¿Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
