(vi) This requirement is to acquire professional services for an in-depth review of Coleman National Fish Hatchery (CNFH) infrastructure and develop a detailed report with recommendations, analysis, and priorities for improving/modernizing the hatchery's systems and increasing the hatchery's aquaculture production potential, resiliency, and efficiency, considering a changing climate and alterations in watershed water management, and minimizing the impact on listed salmonid populations within the Battle Creek watershed.
