Title: Northern California Area Office (NCAO) Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems This is a Sources Sought notice for acquisition planning purposes. No formal solicitation for this work exists at this time. This notice is being issued to help determine the availability of qualified small businesses technically capable of meeting the Government requirement and to determine the method of acquisition, including whether a small business social-economic set-aside is possible. All eligible and qualified contractors may submit capability statements for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the quantity and availability of small business contractors who have the ability to deliver the item described below. The capability statements received will be used to determine the Bureau of Reclamation's (Reclamation) overall procurement strategy. Interested parties shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, tools, and materials to deliver the specified UPS¿s. See the attached draft specification for project standards. The project will be solicited for delivery terms of 16 weeks after receipt of order (ARO). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 335999 - All other miscellaneous electrical equipment and component manufacturing. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 600 employees. Interested contractors may submit capability statements that include the following information: (1) Firm's name, address, telephone number, business size and type (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Woman Owned, Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprises, etc.), (2) Point of contact including name, position, phone number and email address, and (3) Demonstration of the firm's capability to deliver these items. Capability statements are to be received no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Time on July 21, 2023. All responses to this Sources Sought notice shall be forwarded to Steven Teves, Contracting Officer, via email at steves@usbr.gov.
