This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2023Q0090 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, as of June 2, 2023. (iv) This acquisition is Open Market, Total Small business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 238990 and the size standard is $15 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. (vi) This requirement is for a mobile crane rental and operator to support draft tube bulkhead gate placement during LOTO clearances that require unwatering of the draft tube. This action is needed during both preventative maintenance activities and corrective maintenance activities for the New Melones Power Plant. (vii) The period of performance will be for 5 years: July 7, 2023 ¿ July 6, 2028.
