This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2023Q0089 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, as of June 2, 2023. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 561990 and the size standard is 16.5 million dollars. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. (vi) This requirement is for Traffic Control Services for the Special Examination of the Olene Flume in accordance with the Statement of Work. (vii) Period of Performance: August 7-August 11, 2023.
