The Purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate FAR Clause 52.204-27 Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application (June 2023) (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2023Q0076 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 336611 ¿ Ship Building & Repairing and the size standard is 1300 employees. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please complete the price schedule for each line item. (vi) The contractor shall perform engine and outdrive maintenance for the vessel Compliance including both routine and corrective maintenance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that is included in the solicitation package. (vii) The period of performance will be for 2 years: August 1, 2023 ¿ July 31, 2025. The quote package will consist of the price schedule, technical capability and past performance. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Interior Region 10 - California Great Basin, Division of Acquisitions, Supply and Services Branch, Sacramento CA is seeking interested vendors to provide engine and outdrive maintenance for vessel "Compliance." The BOR conducts environmental monitoring of the San Francisco Bay and Delta utilizing the vessel "Compliance." Routine and corrective maintenance are required to sustain the engines and outdrives within manufacturer's performance specifications. Engine and outdrive maintenance includes service to any systems integral to the operation of the engines and outdrives including steering system, electrical system hydraulic system, fuel system, water intake system, air intake system, and hull structure at the location where the engines and outdrives are installed. Additional details regarding the efforts are provided in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Notice number 140R2023Q0076 has been assigned for this requirement and should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. Firms which can provide these services must submit a written notice to the Contract Specialist and must provide evidence in sufficient detail that demonstrates the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirement.
