This announcement constitutes the only a solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2023Q0059 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective 03-16-2023. (iv) This acquisition is a Total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 562998 and the size standard is $16.5 Million. (v) The contract line item is listed in the Price Schedule of the solicitation package. The intent is to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. (vi) This requirement is to provide and service portable toilets at Lake Berryessa. (vii) The period of performance is May 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023.
