The grounds include specialized areas featuring bird & butterfly garden areas, a California Native plant area, a designated a Certified Wildlife Habitat and picnic area. This contract involves caring for over 180 different plant varieties which include trees, shrubs, flowers, grasses, succulents and other landscape plants. Quotes will be emailed to gramos@usbr.gov by 3:30 P.M. PST on April 14, 2023. The procurement software systematically chose daylight savings time, but the submittal time is Pacific Standard Time.
