The United States Bureau of Reclamation is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Fuel Delivery of Renewal Diesel (R99 or R100) to Folsom Dam. See attached Performance Work Statement. BOR anticipates a need of 4800 gallons of fuel per year to be delivered to an above ground 2000-gallon diesel tank. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This is not a request for quote and shall not obligate the Government to award a contract.
