This announcement constitutes the only a solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2023Q0003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08, effective 09-23-2022. (iv) This acquisition is a Total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 333923 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. (v) The contract line items are listed in the Price Schedule of the solicitation package. The intent is to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. (vi) This requirement is to procure a Mobile 40 Ton Crane. The salient characteristics are listed in the attached solicitation. (vii) The delivery date is immediate delivery upon award.
