The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking interested vendors to acquire contractor services to improve operational assumptions within the CalSim model, focusing on allocation, export, rescheduling, and Millerton operations logic. Please see attached document of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Interested vendors must respond to vphun@usbr.gov by 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PD) on October 20, 2022 with an email explaining their experience of using the CalSim model.
