The Bureau of Reclamation was recently made aware that this is a DOI IDIQ in places for Geotechnical Services and in order to save time and speed up the award process, Reclamation will be issuing a task order from the IDIQ. PLEASE NO NOT SUBMIT SF-330 PACKAGES.
