The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Labor-Hour Purchase Order for services represented in the Performance Work Statement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07, effective date 08-10-2022. This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business set-aside. The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from the comparative evaluation of quotes received in response to this solicitation in evaluating price, technical and past performance.
