(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR parts 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2022Q0119 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-26, effective date May 26, 2022. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541370 and the size standard is $16.5 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the pricings requested in the schedule. (vi) The objective of this requirement is to obtain contractor services to provide aerial photography to observe the number and location of spawning salmon at the specified locations of the American River, on the dates to be determined by the Government¿s representative. (vii) The period of performance is eight (8) months. Anticipated Sept 1, 2022 ¿ April 30, 2023.
