This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2022Q0113 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, as of May 26, 2022. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 324110 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. (v) The contract line item is listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price with economic price adjustment line items. (vi) This requirement is for diesel fuel purchase and delivery for Livingston Stone National Fish Hatchery in accordance with the Specification.
