Title: Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Northern California Area Office (NCAO) Air Compressor Rental This is a Sources Sought announcement for acquisition planning purposes. No formal solicitation for this work exists currently. This notice is being issued to help determine the availability of qualified small businesses technically capable of meeting the Government requirement and to determine the method of acquisition, including whether a small business socio-economic set-aside is possible. All eligible and qualified contractors may submit capability statements for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the quantity and availability of small business contractors who have the equipment, technical level of expertise, and ability to meet the rental timelines to perform the effort described below. The capability statements received will be used to determine BOR¿s overall procurement strategy. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, transportation, and maintenance staff necessary to perform the NCAO Air Compressor Rental. Specific objectives include: > The Contractor shall supply a brand-name or equal air compressor with hose for a minimum of 8 months in accordance with the attached draft specifications. The Contractor will deliver the equipment, service the equipment at manufacturer¿s recommended intervals, and remove the equipment when complete. > The Government requires this rental to begin by June 1st, 2022. Delivery, Period of Performance and Project Location: > Period of Performance ¿ 06/01/2022 ¿ 02/28/2023 > Project Location ¿ Trinity Power Plant, 100 Powerhouse Road, Lewiston, CA, 96052 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 532490 ¿ Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $35.0 Million. Interested Contractors may submit capability statements that include the following information: (1) Firm¿s name, address, telephone number, business size and type (8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Woman Owned, etc.). (2) Point of contact including name, position, phone number and email address. (3) Statement of the firm¿s ability to meet the requested period of performance. (4) Capability statements are to be received no later than 3:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday, May 06, 2022.
