A summary of the services requested ... This is a Sources Sought notice. The Bureau of Reclamation is looking for environmental consulting services. A draft of the Performance Work Statement is attached. A summary of the services requested are: Facilitate Reclamation establishing and increasing its internal ability to curate the Structured Decision-Making Decision Support Models and data developed by Central Valley Project Improvement Act funded efforts within Department of Interior or on a platform managed by the Department of Interior. This facilitation should follow and build on the SDM methods/process established by USGS (Dr. James Peterson) for the CVPIA Science Integration Team. Facilitate and enable Reclamation to continuously improve Structured Decision-Making products and the understanding of those products. Facilitate and enable Reclamation to actively broadcast the transparent, open nature of the Structured Decision-Making products, facilitate their use in other processes, and encourage participation in the Central Valley Project Improvement Act Science Integration Team. Improve implementation and understanding of Reclamation-backed or collaborative implementation efforts, including restoration, monitoring, and system operations.
