Dry Type Power Distribution Transformer - Three Phase (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2022Q0031 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02, as of January 14, 2022. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 335311 and the size standard is 750 employees. (v) The contract line item is listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. (vi) This requirement for two (2) dry-type power distribution transformer in accordance with the Statement of Specifications. (vii) Delivery: All items shall be shipped assembled, tested, ready for installation within 90 days after award of purchase order. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ¿ Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the vendor¿s pricing information.
