This is an intent to sole source with the National Older Worker Career Center (NOWCC) under Public Law 115-141, Section 115 which authorizes the Department of Interior to contract with private nonprofit organizations designated by the Secretary of Labor under Title V of the Older Americans Act of 1965. This will be a non-personal services contract to provide management support services for the Klamath Basin Area Office (KBAO), Bureau of Reclamation.
