This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2021Q0011 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-01, as of December 06, 2021. (iv) This acquisition is being solicited unrestricted. The NAICS code is 541690 and the size standard is $16.5 million. (v) The contract line item is listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. (vi) Services to be performed under this scope of work include (1) technical support to improve the groundwater module within CalSim 3, (2) use of the refined and updated model to develop mutually-beneficial operational criteria for the proposed federally-recognized Water Bank, and (3) development of deliverables associated with items 1 and 2. The contractor shall provide project management, technical coordination, CalSim 3.0 operational model refinement, formulation of water bank operations, draft and final report, and communication and outreach plan.
