Services will involve providing sewage disposal services from multiple vaults twice a year with an option for two (2) unscheduled services. This will be a five (5) year requirement (base + 4 option years). It will be advertised under NAICS Code 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services. The Small Business size standard applicable to the advertised NAICS code is $8.0 Million. The applicable Product/Service Code is Z1ND, Maintenance of Sewage and Waste Facilities. This procurement will be set-aside in total for Small Businesses. The applicable solicitation for this requirement, 140R2022Q0006, will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov on or about December 29, 2021. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the quantity and availability of small business contractors who have the experience, technical, administration, and management capability to perform the effort described below. The capability statements received will be used to determine the Bureau of Reclamation's (Reclamation) overall procurement strategy. The awardee shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, tools, and materials necessary to perform vault pumping services.
