This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2022Q0004 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07, as of September 10, 2021. (iv) This acquisition is Open Market, no small business set aside. The NAICS code is 333996 and the size standard is 1250 employees. (v) The contract line item is listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. (vi) Delivery: All items shall be shipped assembled, tested, ready for installation no later than 280 days after award of purchase order. (vii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the vendor's pricing information, operation and maintenance material, diagram of loading point, and additional pertinent information.
