The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Division, Supply and Services Branch, Sacramento, CA, intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm-fixed priced type contract for Fire Alarm System Maintenance Services for the Northern California Area Office (NCAO) locations. Services will involve inspection, testing, repairing, and documentation activities in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 72 for fire alarm systems at ten (10) locations within the Bureau of Reclamation's NCAO area of responsibility. It will be advertised under NAICS Code 561621, Security System Services. The Small Business size standard applicable to the advertised NAICS code is $22.0 Million. The applicable Product/Service Code is H912, Other Quality Control, Testing, Inspection - Fire Control Equipment. This procurement will be set-aside in total for Small Businesses. The applicable solicitation for this requirement, 140R2022Q0003, will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov on or about November 09, 2021. Title: Northern California Area Office (NCAO) Fire Alarm Maintenance Services This is a Sources Sought notice for acquisition planning purposes. No formal solicitation for this work exists at this time. This notice is being issued to help determine the availability of qualified small businesses technically capable of meeting the Government requirement and to determine the method of acquisition, including whether a small business social-economic set-aside is possible. All eligible and qualified contractors may submit capability statements for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the quantity and availability of small business contractors who have the experience, technical level of expertise, administration and management capability to perform the effort described below. The capability statements received will be used to determine the Bureau of Reclamation's (Reclamation) overall procurement strategy. The awardee shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, tools, and materials necessary to perform fire alarm maintenance services. Services will include inspections, testing, routine corrective maintenance, and non-routine repairs. See the attached draft SOW for project objectives. The project will be solicited as a five (5) year contract (base + 4 option years). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561621 - Security Systems Services. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $22.0 Million.
