(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2021Q0117 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07, as of September 10, 2021. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 333914 and the size standard is 750 employees. (v) The contract line item is listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. (vi) This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement for generator cooling water pumps and base plates in accordance with the Statement of Specification. (vii) Delivery: All items shall be shipped assembled, tested, ready for installation within two (2) months after award of purchase order. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist the vendor's pricing information.
