The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for the repair of six individual restrooms at New Melones Lake. The work will be performed at the Glory Hole and Tuttletown Recreation areas of New Melones Lake. This solicitation will be issued as a small business set aside under NAICS code 238160 with a size standard of $16.5 million using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement includes the clause for alternative payment protections of either a payment bond or an irrevocable letter of credit. Solicitation number 140R2021Q0106 will be posted electronically to www.sam.gov on or about August 5, 2021. The anticipated quote due date will be September 6, 2021. Prospective contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
