This is a Sources Sought for businesses capable of providing hydrology and hydraulic analyses. The objective of this contract is to provide hydrology and hydraulic analyses to support the Truckee Basin Water Management Options Pilot (WMOP) study in accordance with the attached draft performance work statement. The hydrology analyses needed for the WMOP study are Rain and Snowmelt Flood Frequency Curve Updates. The hydraulic analyses needed for the WMOP study are hydraulic model calibrations & validations and a Channel Capacity Analysis with inundation mapping. This notice is being issued to help determine the availability of qualified businesses technically capable of meeting the Government requirement and to determine the method of acquisition. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals or quotes. No award will be made as a result of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the respondents to this notice. The notice is for research and information purposes only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541330 and the associated small business size standard is $16.5 Million. All businesses with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice. The information requested is: 1. Business size and small business size classification if applicable (e.g. 8(a), HubZone, Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, etc.) 3. Information that would demonstrate that your business has the capability and resources to meet the specifications of the requirement as described in the attached draft performance work statement. 4.
