Combined Synopsis / Solicitation Description (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2021Q0094 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 561720 with an associated small business size standard of $19.5 million dollars. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please complete the price schedule for each line item. (vi) The contractor shall provide janitorial services to various facilities operated by the Central California Area Office (CCAO) located at 7794 Folsom Dam Road, Folsom, CA 95630. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, material, tools, supplies, supervision, management, and services, expect as may be expressly set forth as Government furnished, and otherwise do all things necessary to perform the work efforts described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work must be performed in accordance with commercial standards, all local, state, and federal laws. (vii) The period of performance is listed in the Price Schedule and the Performance Work Statement. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, as well as the Addendum to 52.212-1, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. There are not any addenda to this clause. (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The applicable clauses cited within this clause are indicated in the solicitation package. (xiii) All additional contract clauses and provisions are included in the attached solicitation package.
