This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2021Q0086 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective date March 10, 2021. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 562910 and the size standard is 750 employees. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the pricings requested in the schedule. (vi) This is a non-personal services contract to remediate contaminated soil and groundwater at the Former Putah Creek Resort (Site) located at 7600 Knoxville Road in Napa County, California. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers (i.e. subcontractors) performing the services. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
