The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources who can provide: Hatchery Genetic Management Plans (HGMPs) for steelhead and fall-run Chinook salmon artificial propagation programs at Nimbus Fish Hatchery (NIM) in Rancho Cordova, CA. Business Size & Classification(s) 2. Contact Information (Name, Phone email & website (If Applicable) 3. Capabilities Statements 4. Appropriate documentation that demonstrates the following capabilities: 1) Provide appropriate documentation which demonstrates the ability to provide the requested services. The more documentation you provide which shows actual capability the better. Simply stating, I can perform the services is not sufficient. *Appropriate documentation shall constitute the following: a. A PDF Copy of past government or private sector contract for this type of services to include the contact information for contracting representative or office that awarded or administered the contract (Shall include at a minimum: Name, Email, Phone Number of the point of contract). b. Provide a past Hatchery Genetic Management Plan (HGMP) done by vendor. c. Provide any other documentation that would lead a reasonable person to believe the vendor is capable of providing the requested services. It is the respondent's responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and complete. *If any of the required information, items 1 to 4 is not submitted in its entirety by the response date, the vendor will be considered incapable of providing the required services and shall not be considered a viable source for market research purposes.
