(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR Par 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2021Q0072 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, as of March 10, 2021. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 561990 and the size standard is $12.0 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. (vi) The contractor shall provide diving services as represented in the Performance Work Statement that is included in the solicitation package. (vii) The period of performance includes a Base Year and 4 Option Years. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
