This Sources Sought is to obtain market information and capabilities for planning purposes and to determine appropriate strategies to meet the Agency's requirements. This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the Sources Sought Notice. Business Size & Classification(s) 2. Contact Information (Name, Phone email & website (If Applicable) 3. Capabilities Statements 4. Appropriate documentation that demonstrates the following capabilities: 1) Provide appropriate documentation which demonstrates the ability to provide Vegetation & Weed Abatement Services commensurate with the requirements of the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). *Appropriate documentation shall constitute the following: 1) A PDF Copy or Information of a past government or private sector contract(s) for this type of services to include the contact information for contracting representative or office that awarded or administered the contract (Shall include at a minimum: Name, Email or Phone Number of the point of contract). It is the respondent¿s responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and complete. 2) Vendor must possess and/or provide documentation that shows that they are a current CA-27 Landscaping Contractor in accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 16, Division 8, Article 3.
