(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR parts 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2021Q0037 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective date March 10, 2021. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 334511 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the pricings requested in the schedule. (vi) This is a brand name or equal purchase for steelhead telemetry supplies for the Bay Delta Office, Sacramento CA 95814. (vii) Delivery of the items are stated in the Specifications. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist the vendor¿s pricing information. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Refer to this provision for information. (x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. There are not any addenda to this clause. (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The applicable clauses cited within this clause are indicated in the solicitation package. (xiii) All additional contract clauses and provisions are included in the attached solicitation package.
