(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2021Q0035 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 541620 and the size standard is $16.5 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package (see pages 3-5 of the RFQ package). When providing a quote, please complete the price schedule for each line item. (vi) The contractor shall provide administrative support, project management, coordination, scientific and policy analysis, and document development support and related services for the duration of the 2023 Klamath Project Operations Endangered Species Act Reconsultation effort in accordance with the Statement of Work that is included in the solicitation package. (vii) The period of performance is four (4) years and 7.5 months with a base and four option periods, starting February 15, 2021.
