The United States Bureau of Reclamation is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for LBAO Pest Control Services in Nixon, NV and Tahoe City, CA. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This is not a request for quote and shall not obligate the Government to award a contract. Responses to this sources sought announcement shall be in writing. Responses to this notice should be sent via email to Sarah Kibathi, Contracting Officer, at skibathi@usbr.gov. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to gain knowledge of potential sources and to identify parties having an interest in and capable of provided the requested services. If your organization is interested in providing these services under contract, please respond to this announcement by 10:00 AM PST, November 27, 2020, and include the following information: 1.Name of organization, address including zip code, point of contact, telephone number, and emailaddress.2.Confirmation of organization¿s active System for Award (SAM) registration with expiration date.3.Business size and classification to include any designations as Certified Small Business, HUBZoneCertified Small Business Concern, Section 8(a) contractor, Service Disabled Veteran Owned SmallBusiness, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women Owned Small Business, or Large BusinessConcern.4.Number of years of experience in this type of industry.5.Provide a minimum of two (2), but no more than five (5) similar requirements completed withinthe past five (5) years from the date of this announcement which demonstrates experience inproviding all services included in this requirement. Responses to this notice are strictly for market research purposes and will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a request for quote or ultimately award a contract nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any a request for quotation is issued.
