The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a firm-fixed price BPA setup to YSI Incorporated to provide maintenance and replacement parts for YSI products at the California Great Basin Regional Office, Environmental Monitoring Branch located in Sacramento, CA. A sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The sole source justification pertains to a partial funding contribution toward the continuation of related experiments, enabling USBR to directly collaborate on this project. This project has been occurring and will continue to occur, however Reclamation¿s involvement would be beneficial for maximizing the utility of monitoring tools developed for Reclamations needs. Firms believing, they can provide these supplies or services above must provide a written capability statement with supporting evidence that demonstrates the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received within 7 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received in response to this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or not.
