Business Size & Classification(s) 2. Contact Information (Name, Phone email & website (If Applicable) 3. Capabilities Statements 4. Appropriate documentation that demonstrates the following capabilities: 1) Provide appropriate documentation which demonstrates the ability to provide Fire Alarm System Inspection, Testing and Documentation in accordance with attached draft performance work statement. *Appropriate documentation shall constitute the following: 1) A PDF Copy or Information of a past government or private sector contract(s) for this type of services to include the contact information for contracting representative or office that awarded or administered the contract (Shall include at a minimum: Name, Email or Phone Number of the point of contract). It is the respondent¿s responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and complete. *If any of the required information, items 1 to 4 is not submitted in its entirety by the response date, the vendor will be considered incapable of providing the required services and shall not be considered a viable source for market research purposes.
