The United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR), California Great Basin Region intends to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed priced service contract with Northwest Marine Technology, Inc. (NWT), 4003 Airport Way, Anacortes, WA, 98221 for the mechanical and electrical overhaul services of the Trinity River Hatchery¿s (TRH) Autofish Trailer. This will be conducted under the authority provided under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) ¿ only one source will be solicited because of the proprietary rights belonging to NMT system (Autofish Trailer). The period of performance is estimated to be from July 01, 2020 through February 15, 2021. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available at this time and telephone requests will not be honored. Firms believing they can provide this service above must provide written notification by Friday, May 29, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses received within the due date of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. Responses shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer listed below and shall include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number. Firms shall identify their business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 114111 which is $22.0 million.
