This Notice of Intent is being re-posted to reflect the anticipated period of performance. The United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR), California Great Basin Region intends to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed priced service contract with California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) 1416 9th Street, Sacramento, CA for the operation and maintenance of the Bureau of Reclamation¿s Trinity Fish Hatchery facility under the authority 14 U.S.C 1901 (FAR 13.501), only one responsible source using simplified acquisition procedures (SAP). This citation justifies that only one responsible source using SAP can perform this project that has the most benefit to the federal government. Determination to solicit from a single source has been prepared and approved at the appropriate level. The period of performance will be May 03, 2020 through May 02, 2023 (base + two option years). This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available at this time and telephone requests will not be honored. Firms believing they can provide this service above must provide written notification by Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses received within the due date of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. Responses shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer listed below and shall include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number. Firms shall identify their business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 541990 which is $15.0 million.
