This is a Sources Sought for small businesses capable of providing Environmental and Technical Support Services including CEQA/NEPA compliance and mitigation support services and revegetation support for the Trinity River Restoration Program. Activities may include but are not limited to surveys and development of environmental compliance documents, project site level plant material supply, revegetation design, and revegetation and wetland performance monitoring/reporting as described in the attached draft performance work statement. This notice is being issued to help determine the availability of qualified small businesses technically capable of meeting the Government requirement and to determine the method of acquisition, including whether a small business social-economic set-aside is possible. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals or quotes. No award will be made as a result of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the respondents to this notice. The notice is for research and information purposes only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541620 and the associated small business size standard is $15 Million. All businesses with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice. The information requested is: 1. Company name, address, DUNS number, and point of contact name and email address 2. Business size and small business size classification if applicable (e.g. 8(a), HubZone, Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, etc.) 3. Information that would demonstrate that your business has the capability and resources to meet the specifications of the requirement as described in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (Drawings not attached). 4.
