This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2019Q0129 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. (iv) The NAICS code is 334511 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please complete the price schedule for each line item. (vi) The contractor shall provide Acoustic Transmitters and Receivers in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that is included in the solicitation package. The US Bureau of Reclamation (USBR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a firm-price price contract on a sole source basis to Advanced Telemetry Systems (ATS), incorporated under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Under this contract, ATS will provide the following equipment: Item 0001: SS300 Acoustic Transmitter Gen III Quantity: 1000 Item 0002: SS400 Acoustic Transmitter Gen IV Quantity: 2310 Item 0003: SR3017: Trident Acoustic Receiver Quantity: 16 The delivery address for the equipment will be 801 I Street, Suite 140 Sacramento, CA 95814. FOB is at destination. Firms that believe they can provide the items specified above must submit written notice to the Contracting Office below and must provide evidence in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent¿s ability to meet the stated requirement.
