The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee, Washington has a brand name only requirement for carbon brushes and holders. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote, 140R1726Q0009, (written) is approximately the fourth week of January 2026. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation.
