The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate a sole source contract with EnviroUSA, LLC (dba Emmett Sanitation), 2200 S Boise Ave, Emmett, ID 83617 for garbage collection services for the following facilities/locations: Cobblestone Park, Wild Rose Park, Black Canyon Park, Triangle Park, and Montour Campground. The NAICS code is 562111 with a small business size standard of $47 million. The initial period of performance (base year) shall be Award of Contract award date plus 12 months, with four (4) 1-year option years to renew. The period of performance is: Base Year: November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026. Option Year One: November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027. Option Year Two: November 1, 2027 to October 31, 2028. Option Year Three: November 1, 2028 to October 31, 2029. Option Year Four: November 1, 2029 to October 31, 2030. **If FAR 52.217-8 is exercised, the prices for the Option to Extend Service¿s term will be calculated based on the prorated term and prices that are in effect at the time the option is exercised. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (Refer to FAR 6.302 for list of exceptions). If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with business profile to Paula Gross and PGROSS@USBR.GOV within 3 business days of this notice. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or to compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since this synopsis is not a request for quote or a request for proposal.
