The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Reclamation has a need for Packing Trapezoidal 1-1/4 IN X 50 LFT delivered to Grand Coulee, Washington. More information and minimum specifications for the packing will be included with the solicitation posted at a later date. This acquisition will be set-aside for a total small business. Reclamation anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) by July 17, 2025, and the RFQ will close by July 28, 2025, however, all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. Reclamation intends to award one firm firm-fixed-price contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a quote. This supply acquisition will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
