The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia Cascades Area and Yakima Field Offices requires quarterly preventative maintenance, annual and 5-year elevator inspections and repairs for six elevators. The Government intends to award a hybrid purchase order which includes firm fixed priced line items and time and material line items. The period of performance will include a base year and 4 option years and will include clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.5 Million. The product service code is J039, Maint/repair/rebuild Of Equipment- Materials Handling Equipment The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1725Q0008, (written) is approximately the first week of April 2025. The anticipated award date is the first week of June 2025. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. This requirement will be a small business set-aside. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. This service will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply.
