The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region, Ephrata Field Office, Ephrata, WA, has a requirement for the purchase and installation of LED lighting fixtures. In addition to the purchase and installation, the requirement also involves the removal and disposal/recycle of the existing light fixtures. This will be a 1:1 fixture swap of 325 fixtures. The anticipated issue date for Request for Quote, 140R1724Q0045, (written) is approximately the first week of May 2024. The anticipated award date is the third week of May 2024. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price supply contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335132 Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing. The applicable Product Service Code is 6210, Indoor and Outdoor Electric Lighting Fixtures. The small business size standard is 600 employees. These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement will be a Total Small Business Set-aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
